If you don't know already I injured my knee by Dislocating my Patella (Knee Cap)

Full Recovery 3 to 6 Months.

X-Ray:
Luckily no fractures,to Knee Cap or other bone breaks.

MRI Results:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/09/Knee_diagram.svg/500px-Knee_diagram.svg.png

- Lateral Colleteral Ligament is ripped.
- Patella (Knee Cap) and bone on the inside really bruised (Swelling)
- Slight damage to Meniscus with little fluid build up
- Bruise on the caff is from internal bleeding (Normal)

Small knee brace will be used starting on Tuesday 3/2.
Swelling & Bruising should be gone in 4 to 6 weeks from now.
Recovery at PT will be needed to keep the knee from freezing up but not much tension should be put on it for awhile.

If this happens again in the future, the Lateral Colleteral Ligament will be reattached by doing an operation. However for now we will try to deal with out it.

I never knocked on no body!

Injury occured when I lost balance as I turned really quickly. Buddy of mine said... The foot that was off the ground hit a 2by4 underneath the pool table. Body weight shifted on to left leg, by then
I was already 90 degrees turned. However the foot never left that position. As I fell I heard crunch crunch.

But honestly not does it take a huge toll on you physically but mentally it's practically impossible to deal with. Especially when my right knee is killing me from compensating. I am doing rehab for both knees and the sad part it's been almost 3 weeks and left one hasn't gotten better.

The percocets and oxycottons hardly help at night. During the day swelling and internal bleeding put so much pressure on the knee that u can't bend it. It's blazing hot and unstable.
